You will need 2 hutia hides which I got in the Jiguey smuggler area. Smoke Bomb Pouch 1 – You will get to carry 5 more smoke bombs if you get this.
You will need to go out and harpoon some hammerhead sharks and hammerheads, which can be found in the Gibara part of the ocean, to the left of Great Inagua. Pistol Ammo Pouch 2 – Another 10 shots here totaling 20. You will need 2 wild pig hides, which can be found in Great Inagua right before town. Pistol Ammo Pouch 1 – You will be able to carry 10 more shots with this bag.
